Sauced Up Magnolia: Pizza Crust Like a Cloud & Juicy Wood-Fired Wings
We were hunting for good pizza when the pictures of Sauced Up caught our attention. I didn’t expect the wings, pizza, dessert and hospitality to all impress me this much. It was a drive for us, but I left saying I would gladly make it again.

What we tried
Garlic Parmesan wings
Other customers recommended the wings, and I’m glad we listened. The garlic Parmesan sauce was buttery and creamy, with a wood-fired flavor I loved. Even the chicken itself was seasoned and juicy. These weren’t wings with good sauce covering dry meat.
We ordered more wings and tried red chili and Buffalo too. Both were good, but garlic Parmesan was my favorite.
Hot Mess, pepperoni and Margherita pizza
The Hot Mess caught my eye with toppings including pickled jalapeños, barbecue sauce, mushrooms and onions. We also tried pepperoni and Margherita.
The crust was the star across the pizzas. It was so light and fluffy that I kept comparing it to a cloud. I usually leave pizza crust behind, but I ate this one. I called the crust 10/10 and said it was the best I’d had.
The Margherita smelled wonderful with its big basil leaves, and the pepperoni was delicious too. I kept bouncing between slices and wings because everything tasted so good.
Six-layer cake
This was a massive slice. It was moist and fudgy, and I kept saying “one more bite” before finally taking the rest home.

What would I order again?
The pizza and garlic Parmesan wings would bring me right back. I’d save room for cake too. This was one of those meals where the food and service both made the visit special, and I said I couldn’t wait to return.
