Trill Burgers Review: The OG Burger Changed My Mind
I went to Trill Burgers wondering how much of the excitement was hype. We chose the Spring location for our first visit, went inside to order and eat, and tried the OG burger with fries. By the end, I had to admit I’d underestimated it.
From my video published August 24, 2025.
What we ordered
OG burgers
The first thing I noticed was actual seasoning in the patty. It was juicy, a little smoky and covered in melted cheese. The grilled onions were sweet and beautifully caramelized—one of my favorite parts.
The pickles and sauce balanced the rich burger. The sauce reminded me a little of a lighter Thousand Island or Big Mac-style sauce. I liked that it added flavor without taking over. The burger felt like a good size, and I finished it quickly.
Fries
These were so hard to put down. The outside was extra crunchy, and the inside was soft and fluffy, almost like a potato wedge. They had plenty of seasoning, too. I kept reaching for more even after realizing how full I was.
Strawberry lemonade
The lemonade had little pieces of fruit in it and tasted good. I didn’t think it was worth about $7, though. The burger and fries were the stronger part of the meal for me.
How much was it?
- 2 OG burger combos, each with fries + a drink
- 1 strawberry lemonade, ordered separately
- Total: $40.66, quoted at checkout in the video.
This was our visit-time total. Current menu prices may differ.
What would I order again?
The OG burger and fries, for sure. I initially thought the combo price was steep, but the caramelized onions, seasoned patties and fries won me over. I said I would go back, even though it cost more than some other burger options.
